 I had the privilege of working with Taryn for three months, and it was truly a transformative experience. During this time, I saw significant improvements in my strength, noticeable increases in the size of my biceps and chest, and lost inches around my thighs, neck, and waist. She introduced me to a whole new world of weightlifting techniques, teaching me the value of free weights through exercises like the military press, bench press, incorporating dumb bells and showing me how to target specific muscles with creative combinations, such as working triceps and biceps together.
